Whether you're planning a renovation, an extension, or a brand new home, our process is built around clarity, honesty, and proper communication. We keep things simple and walk you through each step - no industry jargon, no guesswork, no being left in the dark.

Every project is a little different. Some need council approval, some don’t. And while we can give you a rough idea early on, a proper, fixed price can only be given once all plans and approvals are in place. We’ll be upfront about that from the start, unlike many others.

1. Let's Have a Chat
It all starts with a conversation (often on-site so we can get a feel for the space). We’ll talk about what you’re hoping to achieve, get an idea of your lifestyle and budget. No pressure - just a friendly, honest chat.
2. Concept & Ballpark Estimate
Next, we’ll help shape your ideas into a working concept. Once we’ve got a rough design, we’ll give you a ballpark figure so you know if we’re in the right range before going further.
3. Plans, Paperwork & Approvals (if required)
If your project needs council or private certification, we’ll handle all the documentation and approvals. This includes finalising drawings, engineering, energy reports and more - we’ll take care of the lot.
4. Fixed Price & Contract
Once the plans are approved and the scope is locked in, we’ll give you a detailed, fixed-price quote. Everything will be clearly outlined, so you’ll know exactly what’s included and what to expect.
5. Time To Build
Now the fun part begins. Our team gets to work, showing up on time, keeping the site clean, and doing things properly. We’ll keep you updated throughout the build so you always know what’s going on.
6. Handover & Ongoing Support
Once everything’s finished, we’ll walk you through the completed job, make sure you’re 100% happy, and hand over the keys. And if you need anything down the track, we’re just a phone call away.
